Accountabilities:
 
·         Using your strategic thinking skills, you will set objectives and develop solutions in conjunction with the Sales Manager
·         Attainment of account development objectives as well as short-term revenue targets
·         Apply a superior level of activity management and professional selling skills to the identification and placement of appropriate product solutions to existing and potential customers
·         Complete sales forecasts and other activity feedback in a timely manner
·         Ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction is achieved to assist in customer retention and market expansion
·         Ability to work with and support other territory representatives in the enhancement of revenues and expanding market share
Qualifications: 
·         A Post-secondary education within an accredited College or University
·         Relevant prior outside sales/B2B experience is an asset
·         Good understanding of PC-based systems, including MS Office
·         Excellent communication and presentation, both written and verbal
·         Exceptional negotiation skills
·         Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
·         Demonstrated problem solving skills
·         Able to form and build relationships with mid- senior management
·         Ability to evaluate accounts and assess potential opportunities
·         Travel within a designated territory required. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential
·         Ability to assess accounts and provide viable, cost effective alternatives/solutions
·         Must have strong customer service orientation
